เอ็นไวรอน ไอ-3 ซี เป็นน้ำยาที่ใช้เติมในคูลลิ่งซิสเต็มที่ระบายความร้อนด้วยน้ำที่สามารถป้องกันการเกิดตะกรันใหม่และกำจัดตะกรันเก่าภายในผลิตภัณฑ์เดียว สามารถใช้ได้ทั้งภายในอาคารสำนักงาน โรงงาน หล่อเย็นเครื่องจักรที่ใช้การหล่อเย็นด้วยน้ำ
- ใช้งานได้อย่างง่ายดาย เพียงคำนวณปริมาณน้ำภายในระบบทั้งหมด และเติมผลิตภัณฑ์ปริมาณเท่า ๆ กันทุกสัปดาห์ และไม่ต้องระบายน้ำออกจากระบบเพื่อลดปริมาณการใช้น้ำ (Bleed Off) เนื่องจาก เอ็นไวรอน I-3 C ไม่มีส่วนประกอบของสารเคมีที่มีฤทธิ์กัดกร่อนรุนแรง จึงไม่มีผลต่อระบบท่อ
- กำจัดตะกรันเก่าออกด้วยการแทรกผิวเข้าไปในชั้นตะกรันและใช้แรงดันน้ำภายในระบบท่อผลักดันให้ตะกรันหลุดออกช้า ๆ เศษตะกรันที่หลุดออกมา จะอยู่ในลักษณะของเศษโคลนเหลว และจะไหลมารวมตัวกันอยู่บริเวณถาดคูลลิ่ง และบริเวณสเตนเนอร์ ซึ่งสามารถทำความสะอาดได้อย่างง่ายดาย
- ป้องกันการเกิดตะกรันใหม่ ด้วยการใช้หลัก Neutral Static โดยผลิตภัณฑ์จะทำหน้าที่เป็นเสมือนตัวกลางคอยกั้นสารแขวนลอยและหินปูนภายในท่อไม่ให้จับตัวกับพื้นผิวท่อ
- ตะกรันเก่าจะค่อย ๆ หลุดออกภายในระยะเวลาประมาณ 4-6 สัปดาห์ โดยสังเหตุได้จากค่า TDS และ Conductivity ที่สูงขึ้น และสังเกตุจากเศษโคลนเหลวบริเวณถาดคูลลิ่ง
- เมื่อตะกรันลดลง ปัญหาสนิมภายในระบบท่อก็จะลดน้อยลงตามไปด้วย น้ำที่มีน้ำยาผสมอยู่จะไม่มีผลกัดกร่อนสีท่อคูลลิ่งทาวเวอร์และพื้นอิป๊อกซี่ ไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ผู้อยู่อาศัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม
- น้ำที่ถูกทิ้งลงในระบบท่อเมื่อลงสู่ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย จะไม่มีผลให้ค่าน้ำสูงขึ้น เนื่องจากผลิตภัณฑ์สามารถย่อยสลายได้เองในธรรมชาติ
- สามารถใช้คู่กับ เอ็นไวรอน แอลจิไซด์ เพื่อช่วยป้องกันการเกิดตะไคร่น้ำได้อีกด้วย
ENVIRON I-3 C is the only product to reduce and prevent the calcium scales in water cooling systems.
- Easy to use. Just calculate the water volume then add the fixed amount of ENVIRON I-3 C to the cooling system in every week. No need to bleed off / drain the water from the cooling system because ENVIRON I-3 C is not the corrosive chemical.
- ENVIRON I-3 C will remove the old accumulated calcium scale by penetrate into the scale layer and gradually remove it out along with the force of water flow in the water pipe. The removed scale will look alike wet mud and will deposit at cooling tower bath and pipe stainer.
- ENVIRON I-3 C will protect the new forming calcium scale by acting like neutral static to prevent the new calcium scale to fix with piping area. When it cannot fix with the pipe, it will flow into the system and then deposit at cooling tower bath and pipe stainer which we can easily clean it out.
- Normally, old calcium will slowly clean out within 4-6 weeks after we added the ENVIRON I-3 C. We will see the shooting number of TDS and Conductivity figures and the accumulated mud at cooling tower bath.
- When the calcium scale is removed out, the rust problem will lower and the heat exchanger will work properly then it will lead to the lower usage of electricity. The mixed water of ENVIRON I-3 C will not effect to the colored pipe or epoxy coating. Safe to workers, human and environment.
- Drained water will not take effect to sewage water system because ENVIRON I-3 C is bio-degradable product.
- Can use with ENVIRON ALGAECIDE to prevent algae problems.
